Dateline Awards Entry Form
Deadline: Feb. 27, 2015
Each entry must include a complete nomination form and the $30 entry fee. For print categories, include two copies of each entry. The Robert D.G. Lewis Watchdog Award is for journalism in any division that best protects the public from abuses by those who would betray the public trust. Judges will nominate worthy entries and no additional entry fee is needed.
