June 22, 2014: Join us for a wonderful evening with the Washington, D.C. SPJ Chapter at the Kennedy Center for a 7:30 p.m. Sunday performance of “The Lion King.” The musical is the winner of six Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Best Direction and Best Costume Design. It is described as a “spectacle of imaginative puppetry, African rhythms, athletic dance and brilliant design.” We have excellent seats and a very good group rate for tickets because of our advanced purchase order, with two price ranges. Orchestra seats are$88.20 and Tier 2 tickets are $67.00. (Regularly priced tickets in these sections sell for $166.00 and $103.00.)
