- Dulamkhorloo Baatar is a journalist, lecturer, fact-checker and an entrepreneur aiming to create a friendly working environment for freelance journalists in Mongolia through the platform she, along with her partner is developing, www.uzeg.agency. Dulamkhorloo co-founded the Nest Center for Journalism, Innovation and Development NGO in 2020, with an aim to diversify the news flow in Mongolia, giving space for underreported topics by supporting the journalism industry through the introduction of business and product approach and by giving freelance journalists a space to tell the stories of their interest. As part of the Uzeg project, the Nest center operates Mongolian Fact-checking Center, which is the first IFCN signatory in Mongolia and Meta’s official Third party fact-checker for Mongolia and Kazakhstan.

- Jeff South is a journalism professor at Virginia Commonwealth University. He has worked extensively with the International Center for Journalists and served as a Fulbright Scholar in China, a Knight International Journalism Fellow in Ukraine and a Fulbright Specialist in Mongolia.
