- — Enrolling HoF members in chapter
- — Need for membership committee, some kind of outreach to reporters. SPJ members from other chapters who we learn have just moved to DC area.

- — The Missouri Press Association is asking money for a PBS-quality program they wish to produce on the performance of journalists during the tornado aftermath.
- — Chapter response –- if any –- to concerns raised by local media to Metropolitan Police Dept.’s recent decision to encrypt radio communications.
