You do NOT have to be Catholic to work here.
However, the potential candidate should have an interest in religious news and even some familiarity with the Catholic Church but even if not he or she should be a darn good copy editor.
We do follow journalistic standards so are looking for a professional journalist who loves editing.
We have had this opening for six months and have been actively looking for applicants for two and have not had much luck getting experienced applicants. Job opened up when previous editor retired.
