Can you help judge a journalism contest that our Dateline Awards contest swaps with?

 Published Date: February 11, 2021

Dear Fellow Journalist,

Your expertise is needed again this year as our DC Pro Chapter will judge the Keystone Pro Chapter’s contest (encompassing Pennsylvania and New Jersey chapters). Keystone will in turn judge our Dateline Awards contest entries.

Keystone’s contest ends mid-February. Judges will receive assignments and instructions in early March and results will be due April 2. All judging will be done online through the BNC contest platform. It’s easy, and you can take on as few or as many categories as you like.

The categories are below. Please feel free to indicate ones you might be most interested in judging, although we cannot guarantee all preferences can be honored. Keystone expects up to 200 entries.

Please let me know by February 28.

Thank you in advance for volunteering for this fun and important project, and for helping identify and reward excellence in journalism.
