The freelance interest group of the Washington Society of Professional Journalists and the National Press Club's Freelance Committee will hold a workshop for freelancers April 3. The workshop will feature two panels – one of editors talking about what they need from freelancers, and another with tips on how to use technology and social media to improve your freelance business.
Come join us in the Zenger Room of the National Press Club for coffee at 8:30 a.m. The panels start at 9 and we will adjourn at 11:30 for lunch in the McClendon Room of The Reliable Source. The workshop is free for SPJ and NPC members; $15 for non-members. Lunch at The Reliable Source is an additional cost. Registration information coming soon.
