Visualizing : A big help to understanding data

Instictively we have a good idea about the wealth of the Washington, DC area.

Fairfax and Montgomery Counties are pretty well off and the other trail behind. Right?

Not really.

I ran across a Google application that helps you see data in a way that makes telling the story that much easier.

Just for the fun of it I looked at the per capita personal income for Washington, D.C., and the surrounding counties.

The list of public data put to easy to read charts by Google is impressive. Well worth a visit.

Many thanks to Investigative Dashboard for pointing this out.
