One last reminder about Wednesday's ethics event:
The Press and the Public: Have Your Say
The session starts at 7 p.m. at the Fellowship Hall, First Baptist Church of the City of Washington, 1328 16th St. NW in Washington, D.C., at the intersection of 17th and O Streets, NW. (Click here for a map.)
The panelists will be Andy Alexander, the ombudsman for The Washington Post, and Christi Harlan, whose 20-year career includes six years with The Wall Street Journal.
The moderator will be Steve Taylor, a former ABC White House correspondent.
This will be the first of three programs in the series, which is possible through a $2,500 grant from the SDX Foundation. The other two programs will be announced later.
The idea of this event is to get journalists and the public together to talk about journalism ethics and why it matters so much for the integrity of news coverage.
