The piece is all about job interviews. More employers are using SKYPE for interviews because they don't have the money to fly candidates in for interviews any more. And, let's face it, most job candidates don't have the bucks to pay for the travel either.
But the rules for the job interview hold true for story interviews on SKYPE as well.
