The D.C. Pro chapter of SPJ is holding its annual Dateline Awards and Hall of Fame Dinner Tuesday, June 10, at the National Press Club.
A cocktail hour starts at 6 p.m. The dinner will be at 7 p.m.
Invitations have been mailed to chapter members. If you did not receive one and would like to attend, please contact dinner chair Julie Asher.
The RSVP deadline is May 28.
Tickets are $80 each for a chapter member and one guest. All other tickets cost $110. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

This year’s Hall of Fame inductees are:
- Kojo Nnamdi, WAMU radio host
- Susan Page, Washington bureau chief, USA Today
- Mark Shields, columnist and PBS political commentator
- Nina Totenberg, legal affairs correspondents, NPR
The Distinguished Service in Local Journalism Award will go to Frank Quine, who is retired from the Philip Merrill College of Journalism at the University of Maryland, College Park.
Austin H. Kiplinger, editor emeritus of Kiplinger Washington Editors, will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award.
Also, this year’s Dateline Awards for journalism excellence will be presented at the dinner.
